| 职位描述： | 职位描述：
1、负责充电机行业客户群的售后服务工作； 1.1负责售后技术热线服务，以及日常客户抱怨的处理工作； 1.2负责售后客户现场设备的检修、更换及设备操作使用指导； 1.3负责故障充电机的检测和修理； 2、负责对客户和公司内部员工的技术交流、技术培训； 3、负责售后服务文件的编写； 4、负责客户返修品的测试和分析； 职位要求： 1、大学本科以上学历 2、电子工程、工业自动化,自动控制等专业 3、三年以上的电力设备售后的技术支持及维修经验 4、熟练的英语应用能力 5、身体健康，根据工作需要可以出差 6．具有责任心和团队合作精神 7．具有良好的客户沟通能力。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide after-sale service support for client base. 1.1 Responsible for the after-sale technical hotline service, as well as dealing with daily customer complaints. 1.2 Responsible for overhauling, replacement of equipments at customer’s site, .and the equipment operating instruction; 1.3. Responsible for the malfunction charger testing and repairing. 2. Responsible for technical communication and training for customers and intra-company staff. 3. Responsible for compiling after-sale service documents. 4. Responsible for testing and analyzing for repair products. Qualification & Requirements: 1. Undergraduate education background and above 2. Major in Electronics Engineering, Industry Automation and related major. 3. Having three years and above experiences of after-sale technique support for electric equipment and maintenance. 3. Excellent in English communication. 4. Good health. 5. According to the work arrangement, can be on a business trip. 6. Having conscientiousness and team spirit. 7. Having good customer communication skills. |
